Irina Kuts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irina has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in accounting and financial management.

Irina started their career as the CEO and Chief Accountant at Athena Ltd in 1995. Irina then moved on to Ukrainian National Lottery, where they served as the Chief Accountant for almost a decade. During this time, they were responsible for managing accounting, planning, budgeting, and coordinating work in the enterprise and branch offices.

In 2006, Irina joined Ukrainian Radio Systems (Beeline, Kyivstar - VimpelCom Ukraine) as the Chief Accountant and Head of Finance Accounting and Reporting Department. Their responsibilities included organizing accounting and tax records and coordinating the work of the finance function across multiple enterprises and branch offices.

From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Golden Telecom (Beeline, Kyivstar - VimpelCom Ukraine) as the Deputy CFO and Chief Accountant. Here, they focused on planning and organizing work in alignment with the company's strategic goals, managing multilevel interconnected units, and building cross-functional interactions.

In 2014, Irina joined Kyivstar as the Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting Department (VimpelCom Ukraine). Their role involved planning and organizing work in accordance with the company's strategic goals, managing multilevel interconnected units, and building cross-functional interactions. Irina also gained experience in managing subordinate branches and demonstrated strong management and organization skills.

Irina then transitioned to JSC Datagroup, where they served as the Deputy CFO and Chief Accountant for a brief period. Later, they joined Ukrtelecom as the Director of Accounting and Tax Department, where they stayed until 2020.

Currently, Irina Kuts is the Chief Accountant at Ukrposhta, a position they assumed in 2020.

Irina Kuts, МВА, has pursued a diverse education history. In 2015, they completed an MBA in General Management from Management & Marketing Universal Business School. Prior to that, in 2015, they also obtained a pre-MBA degree in Finance from the same institution. From 2013 to 2015, Irina attended the International House World Organisation, where they focused on the English language. Irina furthered their education at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit. Additionally, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' to specialize in Information and Measurement Technology, earning a Specialist degree.
