Nick Linn

Nick Linn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President at UL Solutions, Nick oversees legal matters related to brand integrity, ethics, and investigations. Previously, at NTT DATA Services, Nick held the positions of Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of International Employment & Compliance, where responsibilities included global risk management and coordination of the company's COVID-19 response. Nick's career began at Duvin, Cahn & Hutton, followed by significant roles at Electronic Data Systems Corporation, where advice was provided to senior leadership on employment matters, and Littler Mendelson, where Nick advanced to equity shareholder. Academically, Nick holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Bethany College.
