Mary Dillon

Mary Dillon transitioned from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chair of the Board in June 2021. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, she was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of U.S. Cellular since June 2010. From 2005 to 2010, Mary served as Global Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for McDonald's Corporation. Prior to joining McDonald's, she held various positions at PepsiCo, including President of the Quaker Foods division. Mary serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Starbucks Corporation and KKR & Co. Inc. and previously served on the board of Target Corporation from 2007 to 2013.
