Izzy Burman's work experience includes being the Head of Talent at Ultimate, a Saas AI start-up with a focus on empowering brands to improve customer experiences through virtual automation. Prior to this, Izzy worked as a Career Coach at Future You Coaching Ltd, where they supported clients in discovering and designing their future selves through transformational coaching. Izzy also has experience at Michael Page, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and Managing Consultant, leading recruitment teams and ensuring diverse and inclusive practices. Izzy's work experience also includes a role as a Consultant and Associate Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page.

Izzy Burman completed their high school education from St Albans High School for Girls, where they obtained their high school degree in 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geography from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2014. In September 2020, Izzy Burman obtained a Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice from Full Circle Global.
