Luisa Marie Schmidt has extensive work experience in various roles related to people development and organizational management. Luisa Marie is currently working as a Senior People & Culture Manager at Ultimate, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Development Manager at OCEANSAPART from 2021 to 2022. In 2020, they served as a Senior People and Culture Manager at Inkitt. Luisa Marie also worked at Kenkou GmbH as an Organizational Development and People Manager from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they gained international experience through a Work & Travel program in Central America from 2018 to 2019. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at N26 as a Training and Coaching Manager, where they led a team of Customer Operations Coaches and Trainers and developed training programs. Luisa Marie also worked in various project management positions at mama marketing GmbH from 2014 to 2015 and Unicum Marketing GmbH from 2010 to 2013, where they gained experience in below-the-line marketing, ambient media, event management, and project execution. Prior to their project management roles, they completed a traineeship at Unicum Marketing GmbH from 2010 to 2012.
