Mika Mikkola

Mika Mikkola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mika has worked at Ultimate as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for project management, account management, solution consultancy, technical implementation, and technical support for SMEs and large enterprises. Prior to that, Mika worked as a Junior Customer Success Manager, Sales Director at Docue Technologies Oy, Sales Manager at Admincontrol Finland, and a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Lentävä Liitutaulu Oy, a Finnish educational startup. Mika also served as a Trainee in the Team Finland network at the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, where they gained knowledge about internationalization of companies. Additionally, Mika worked as a Customer Advisor at Elisa Oyj, a Finnish telecommunication company. Their experience includes sales, marketing, negotiations, contract management, and customer service.

Mika Mikkola began their education journey in 2005, attending Koulutuskeskus Salpaus where they completed both Vocational School and High School. In 2010, they enrolled at Aalto University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2014. Mika continued their studies at Aalto University, graduating in 2017 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and International Business. Mika also took part in two exchange programs during their studies, one at Hitotsubashi University in 2013 and another at National Chengchi University in 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2021.
