Mónica Aragão has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mónica started their career as a Sales and Marketing Trainee at Banco Santander Totta in 2013. Mónica then moved on to BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, where they worked as a Finance Associate from 2014 to 2015.
In 2016, Mónica joined Fábrica de Startups S.A. as an Incubation expert for a short period of time. Mónica then transitioned to Uber, where they held two roles. First, they were an Influencer Marketing & Local Partnerships Coordinator from January 2017 to December 2017. Later, they became the Marketing Representative for Portugal at Uber Eats from November 2017 to October 2018.
Following their time at Uber, Mónica worked at Delivery Hero as a Campaign Specialist from October 2018 to September 2019. Mónica then joined Ultimate, where they took on various roles. Initially, they served as a Growth Marketing Manager from September 2019 to February 2022. Subsequently, they became the Performance Marketing Lead from December 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Demand Generation at Ultimate since February 2022.
Mónica Aragão obtained their undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in Marketing, from ISCTE Business School in 2010-2013. In 2013, they participated in an exchange semester at Budapest Business School, where they focused on International Management. Mónica then pursued a Master's degree in International Management at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 2015-2017, with a major in Marketing. Additionally, Mónica has a certification as a Mentor from Pitch Bootcamp.
