Sarah Al-Hussaini's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as a Marketing & Communications professional at Symexco Ltd, a company specializing in global exhibitions and conferences for direct investments in the Middle East. In 2014, they represented the UK at the UK-China Student Forum, where they discussed education, employment, and global citizenship. Sarah also worked as a Financial Services Analyst at EY, primarily auditing the multi-billion dollar private equity firm 3i Group.

In 2015, Sarah joined Lazard as an Investment Banking professional focused on Mergers & Acquisitions for natural resource companies, with a special focus on metals, mining, and paper/packaging industries. Following that, they worked at IPAN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, the largest PR firm in India, where they coordinated the Indian market for the firm's global portfolio of clients, specifically within the Global Automotive team.

Sarah then took on a role as a Business Development Associate at Techstars in 2017, during the launch program of the SAP. iO Foundry in Berlin. This program hosted a cohort of AI/ML B2B startups from around the world and offered an opportunity for startups to be a part of the growing startup ecosystem in Berlin.

In 2016, they worked in Investment Banking at Silverpeak LLP, and in 2019, Sarah was recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30.

Most recently, Sarah co-founded Ultimate, a virtual agent platform for customer support that utilizes artificial intelligence. As the Chief Operating Officer, they aim to upgrade customer support services using AI technology. This work experience summary showcases Sarah's diverse background in finance, marketing, public relations, and business development.

Sarah Al-Hussaini attended St Helen's School from 2009 to 2011, where they completed high school. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Birmingham and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2015. During their time at the university, Sarah also participated in the Study India Program at Delhi University in 2014, where they gained knowledge in the field of Business. Additionally, in 2013, they took part in the Study China Program at Fudan University, focusing on Mandarin and the Chinese Marketplace. After their formal education, Sarah obtained certifications in Web Development from Code First: Girls in January 2017, and in CFA Level 1 from the CFA Institute.
