Joe Lee Teik Shuan

Joe Lee Teik Shuan has over 12 years of experience in various roles within the engineering field. Joe is currently working as the Manager of NPI Program Management at Ultra Clean Technology since September 2022. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Program Manager at Western Digital from March 2020 to September 2022, where they played a key role in project leadership, aligning with organizational goals, and leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) planning and execution. Before that, they worked at Lumileds as a Senior Project Lead Design Engineer from January 2017 to March 2020, where they led a team responsible for automotive light design and aligned the organization's goals with initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth. Joe also has experience as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Motorola Solutions from May 2012 to December 2016 and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sony from September 2010 to April 2012.

Joe Lee Teik Shuan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussien Onn Malaysia, which they pursued from 2006 to 2010.
