Rick Perrotta

Rick Perrotta has a long and varied career in the telecommunications and technology industries. Rick started their career in 1994 as Director of Operations for PT&T Telecommunications, followed by Director of Global Operations for DirectNet Telecommunications in 1996. In 2000, they became Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering for Lucent Technologies/INS-Edge Access-Open Network Solutions. In 2002, they Co-Founded and served as CEO of Rubicon Technology Group, where they developed and deployed existing and emerging infrastructure technologies and applications. From 2004 to 2011, they were Director GIS Latin American Region IT Strategy & Governance for Whirlpool Corporation, and then Director IT-BI & Information Management Project Delivery and Director IT PMO for Waste Management. From 2013 to 2015, they were Sr. Director ERP Program and Director IT PMO for Grocers Supply Company. Rick then moved to Capgemini in 2015, where they served as Account Executive, and was responsible for the overall client relationship, service delivery and commercial aspects of key accounts. In 2021, they joined Tech Mahindra as Vice President Oil & Gas - Chevron Account Executive, with responsibilities including client relationships at all levels, P&L/account strategy, Account Based Marketing programs, alliance & analyst relationship management, engagement delivery, client satisfaction and talent management/professional development for global account team members. Rick currently serves as Managing Director for Ultra Consultants.

Rick Perrotta obtained their BS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University. Rick has also obtained several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2018, an ITIL Foundation Level from EXIN in 2017, a CIO Pocket MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business in October 2014, a CIO Institute from McCombs School of Business in October 2013, and a Pathways Leadership Development Program from the CIO Executive Council in July 2008.
