Kevin Skinner

Kevin Skinner has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Kevin started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant from 1996 to 2000. Kevin then joined LeapSource, Inc. as a Project Manager in 2000. Following that, Kevin worked at Washington Mutual Bank as the FVP of Home Loans Capital Markets from 2000 to 2009. Kevin then joined USAA, where they held the positions of Executive Director of Secondary Marketing from 2009 to 2010 and AVP of Mortgage Capital Markets and Interest Rate Management from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Kevin joined HomeStreet Bank as the FVP of Capital Markets Manager. Kevin'smost recent role is with Umpqua Bank, where they have held various positions, including SVP of Home Lending Accounting and Secondary Marketing from 2014 to 2016, SVP of Home Lending Director of Finance and Operations from 2016 to 2018, SVP of Home Lending Branch Manager from 2018 to 2020, EVP and Head of Home Lending from 2020 to 2023, and currently as EVP of Commercial Credit & Experience.

Kevin Skinner attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on Finance. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they studied Economics at the University of Virginia, earning a B.A. degree. Between 1988 and 1990, they attended the University of Arizona, although the degree name and field of study during that time are unspecified.
