Stephanie Bitters has had a diverse and extensive career in the banking industry. Stephanie started their career at GE Capital in 1986, managing the credit, customer service, and collections departments. Stephanie then worked at Transamerica Commercial Finance as a Regional Sales Manager, providing management and support to sales representatives across the country. From 1996 to 2000, they served as the Servicing Manager at Fallbrook National Bank. Stephanie then joined Temecula Valley Bank in 2000 as the SBA Chief Operations Officer/EVP, where they were responsible for various loan programs and had in-depth knowledge of SBA and commercial banking credit policies. Stephanie later joined U.S. Bank as their SBA Credit Manager, where they improved operational efficiencies and developed training programs.
