Heather Wake

Heather Wake has a long history of working in various roles in the business world. Heather began their career in 2002 as a Director of Sales for U.S. Cellular in the Northwest, where they managed retail and sales operations and generated $242 million in annual revenue. In 2010, they became the VP of Sales & Operations for Revolution Prep, where they provided leadership for strategic transformation of the company's business in the West and Midwest region. In 2013, they joined Instacart as a Senior Manager of Product Operations and later as the General Manager. In 2016, they became an Advisor for Remedy Labs, and in 2017 they worked as an Independent Consultant for various startups. In 2018, they served as a Consultant & Advisor for Passport, a Candidate Selection for Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF), and a Senior Vice President of Operations for Ready. Finally, in 2020, they became the COO of Impress (Uniform Teeth), a tech-enabled orthodontics practice.

Heather Wake obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Chicago, a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in Marketing and Economics, and studied Design and Applied Arts at Oxford and Cherwell College.
