Padmini Veeranki

Padmini Veeranki has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Padmini began their career as a Sr.Assistant at Accenture, then worked as an HR Lead at Eminent Consultants in 2009. In 2011, they were an Asst Manager at Datamatics Global Services, followed by a Program Manager role at Microsoft in 2014. In 2015, they became the Assistant Manager of Talent Management Asia Pacific at Avery Dennison. In 2019, they began working as a Yoga Consultant at Swami Vivekananada Yoga Aunsandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA). In 2020, they became the Director of Human Resources & Business Operations at YogiFi by Wellnesys, and they are currently the Human Resources Director at Unigage.

Padmini Veeranki has a comprehensive educational background. In 2003, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from NMKRV College for Women, majoring in Marketing. Padmini then went on to receive their Post Graduate Certificate in Human Capital Management (PGCHRCM) from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2007-2009. In 2012-2013, they attended UBI, Belgium and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. In 2019, they completed two Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy programs, one from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana and the other from Yoganidhi Foundation. In addition, Padmini has obtained several certifications, including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2022, Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2022, a Certificate Course in Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace from SkillDeck in 2022, Attendee - World Staffing Summit 2022 from World Staffing Summit in 2022, and Systems Thinking for Strategic Initiatives from Institute of Inspiring Innovation in 2020.
