Diogo Donadoni Santos

Diogo Donadoni Santos has over 20 years of work experience in the field of IT. Diogo currently holds the position of Group IT Infrastructure & Operations Director at Unilabs. Prior to this, they served as the Group Technology Director at Carmeuse, where they were responsible for managing global IT operations, driving IT transformation, and overseeing a complex M365/O365 migration program. Diogo also has experience working at Clariant, where they held various roles including Head of Commercial IT Solutions and Head of Regional IT Operations - LATAM. Before joining Clariant, Santos worked at Mars as the IT Global Server Support Manager. Additionally, they have worked at EDS, an HP Company, as a Project Manager and Infrastructure Specialist, and at IBM as an IT Specialist - Wintel. Santos began their career at Votorantim as a System Administrator and also worked at Bradesco as a Bank Cashier and Credit & Collection Department Clerk.

Diogo Donadoni Santos has a strong educational background with a variety of degrees and certifications. Diogo obtained a Master's degree (MSc) in Cybersecurity from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, spanning from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015-2016. In 2014, they pursued a Finance for Executives program at the same institution.

In 2007-2009, Diogo earned an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Diogo holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Network and Distributed System from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, completed in 2003-2004. Diogo'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista in 1999-2002.
