Gershon Gutmer has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales and strategy in the telecommunications and digital health industries. Gershon began their career in 2001 as International Sales Manager for Alepo, where they created a new sales channel and achieved multi-million dollar annual sales. In 2003, they joined Net2Phone as Regional Sales Manager for EMEA, managing a team of 3 International Sales Managers and achieving over $25 million in annual sales. In 2012, they joined SolarEdge Technologies as Regional Sales Manager for EMEA, developing new business in a new region and expanding the business with existing partners. In 2015, they became VP Sales for Equatel, a telecommunications company specializing in rural connectivity solutions. In 2019, they became Executive VP of Strategy and BD for Koalys, in charge of building and executing the company's strategy for business development in international markets. Since 2020, they have been an independent consultant, serving as a Digital Health Strategy & Business Development Expert, helping start-ups build their strategies in terms of product fit, strategic partnerships, business models and Go-to-Market. Gershon is currently Vice President of Business Development at Uniper, starting in 2022.
