Zeineb Ghrib

Zeineb GHRIB is a Senior AI Scientist at Uniphore since February 2023, focusing on contextual topic extraction and sentiment analysis using Generative AI and traditional machine learning techniques. Previously, Zeineb served as the Lead Data Scientist at HEXAGONE, where significant advancements were made in Speech Emotion Detection and topic modeling for survey feedback. Earlier experience includes roles as a Data Scientist and ML Engineer at Prevision.io, where multiple productions and client contracts were successfully managed, as well as research contributions during an internship at Fondation Devoteam that resulted in a published article. Zeineb's technical expertise encompasses NLP, text mining, and machine learning methodologies, built upon a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Big Data and Data Mining from Université Paris 8, complemented by engineering studies in telecommunications and preparatory mathematics and physics at IPEIT.
