Cathleen Mandel

Cathleen Mandel has a diverse work experience. Cathleen is currently working at uniQure as a Senior Director in HRBP and Global Talent Development since January 2024. Prior to uniQure, they worked at bluebird bio, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Talent & Development and Associate Director of Organizational Learning and Development. Cathleen has also worked as a Senior Manager of Organizational Learning & Development and a Manager of Learning and Development. Before bluebird bio, they had various positions at Biogen Idec, including Senior HR Coordinator and HR Coordinator. Their earliest work experience was at Renaissance Worthington, where they worked as a General Accountant.

Cathleen Mandel earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University in 2009. Cathleen went on to obtain a Master's degree in Communication Studies from the same institution in 2011.
