John E Scates has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. John E started their career at John Deere as a Product Engineer, where they worked on designing a 24-row front-folding corn and soybean planter. John E then moved on to Thompson International/Drilco Industrial as a Product Engineer, where they gained experience in engineering. After that, they joined Overhead Door as a Manager/Engineer, handling managerial responsibilities and engineering projects.
