Barry Molar

Barry Molar has extensive experience in financial matters related to airports, specifically in advising clients on capital funding and Federal regulations. Previously, Barry managed different divisions within the FAA, overseeing grant programs and ensuring compliance with federal obligations. Additionally, Barry served as a litigation attorney for the US Department of Transportation, representing the department in appellate litigation. Barry holds a JD in Administrative and Antitrust Law from The George Washington University.
