Rodney Marmilic

Rodney Marmilic currently serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at UniSuper, focusing on enhancing the organization's role as a responsible corporate citizen and leader in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Prior to this, Rodney held various strategic communication roles, including Communications Manager for Australia Post, where responsibilities included driving member engagement for the Australia Post Superannuation Scheme. Rodney also has experience as a Director at MarmComm Pty Ltd, Principal at Mercer, Director of Communications at Russell Investment Group, and Practice Leader at Towers Perrin, where significant achievements included transforming a loss-making practice into a profitable one and positioning Mercer as a thought leader in climate change. Earlier in the career, Rodney worked in marketing and communication roles at Over 50s Investment Group and National Mutual, laying a strong foundation in financial services communication. Educationally, Rodney holds a BA in English Literature, History, and Cinema, as well as a Diploma of Education, both from La Trobe University.
