Project Management

The Project Management team at UCOR oversees the planning, execution, and completion of cleanup activities at the laboratory and security complex. They coordinate the deactivation and demolition of excess facilities, manage remedial efforts for contaminated soil, water, and infrastructure, and ensure efficient packaging, loading, shipping, and disposal of waste. This team integrates various project elements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective communication among stakeholders.
