Lance Bartles

Lance Bartles has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lance began their career as a Financial Consultant at The Financial Group of Charlotte from June 1995 to June 1997. Following this, they joined Aetna as a Broker Sales Representative from July 1997 to July 2003. Lance then joined Contemporary Benefits Design as an Employee Benefits Consultant from August 2003 to July 2008. In 2009, they joined United Concordia Dental and held various roles including Sales Executive from February 2009 to December 2012, Senior Sales Manager from January 2013 to February 2014, and currently serves as the Sales Director.

Lance Bartles completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between the years 1989 and 1995. Their field of study focused on Marketing and Finance.
