Jannine Tejeda, PHR, SHRM-CP-CA

Jannine Tejeda, PHR, SHRM-CP-CA has held a variety of Human Resources positions in their career. Jannine began their career at La Mesa RV Center, Inc. in 1999 as the HR Director. In 2006, they joined PCL Construction as the District Human Resource & Professional Development Manager, where they were responsible for all human resources and professional development functions. In 2021, they moved to the O'Gara Group as the Human Resources Director. Jannine currently serves as the Vice President, Human Resources at United Dwelling.

Jannine Tejeda, PHR, SHRM-CP-CA has a diverse educational background. Jannine obtained a PHR from Professional In Human Resources in 2016, an Associates degree in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego in 2004, and a Human Resource Leadership Program from UCSD Extension in 2002. Jannine also obtained a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015 and is certified in PHR from the International Human Resource Certification Institute (IHRCI). Additionally, they are certified in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
