Arabella Phillimore

Arabella Phillimore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic dialogue, advocacy, and international relations. Currently serving as Managing Director at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue since May 2022, Arabella also holds a position as Board Trustee for UK for UNHCR since May 2019. Previous roles include Consultant at the Impact Investing Institute, Partner and Head of the UK office at Altermind, and Editorial Staff at the Financial Times. Arabella's background also encompasses strategic leadership as Strategic Director and Chief Operating Officer at Inter Mediate, as well as policy advising on Afghanistan. Additional experience includes serving as a Political Affairs Officer for UNAMA and an Advocacy and Communication Officer for UNICEF. Arabella's academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
