Kamran Baghirov

Kamran Baghirov is an experienced human rights professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since March 2012, Kamran has served as a Human Rights Officer at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). Prior to this role, Kamran worked at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) as a National Legal Officer from September 2003 to April 2012. Additionally, Kamran held the position of Legal Officer at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems from April 2000 to August 2003, contributing significant legal expertise to various human rights and electoral initiatives.
