Kushal Ramyad has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kushal began their career as a Security Analyst for ASI Group, a MEDEX Global Group Company, from April 2001 to April 2004. Kushal then worked as a Station Security Manager for Air Mauritius from April 2004 to July 2008. After that, they joined Etihad Airways as a Security Manager- AVSEC Network from July 2008 to October 2009. Kushal then transitioned to the United Nations, where they held the role of Security Training Officer from October 2009 to October 2011. Kushal continued their career at the United Nations as a Staff Development Officer and later assumed the role of Head of Staff Development and Training Unit from October 2015 to January 2018. In January 2018, they became the Deputy Chief Talent Management Centre- UNON/HRMS, and in January 2018, they were promoted to Chief Talent Management Center at the United Nations Office at Nairobi. Currently, Kushal is working as the Chief of Human Resources for the UN Resident Coordinator System under the United Nations Sustainable Development Group, starting from May 2019. Additionally, Kushal has a UN Certification in Human Resources from Cornell University, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
