Conrad Lesa

Conrad Lesa currently serves as the Chief of Operations and Resource Management at the United Nations, focusing on strategic guidance for various essential functions, including Human Resources and Budget Management. Prior to this role, Conrad Lesa held senior positions at UNICEF, including Chief of Field Strategy and Technical Support and Senior Adviser in Finance, where responsibilities included transformational change management and financial oversight. Earlier experience at the United Nations included roles as Chief of the Kuwait Joint Support Office and Chief Financial Officer at the Regional Service Centre in Entebbe, responsible for financial reporting in line with international standards. With a solid foundation in finance and accounting, Conrad Lesa has also worked with major organizations such as the International Fund for Agricultural Development, UNOPS, UNRWA, Bank of Zambia, Citi, and Deloitte. Education includes a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
