Jesus Otero

Jesus Otero is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Manager Team Lead for the 503 Cyber Protection Team in the US Army since February 2023. Previously, roles included Exploitation Analyst at the National Security Agency from March 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities encompassed CNO, Platoon Sergeant, and Equal Opportunity Leader. Prior to that, Otero was a Senior Instructor for the Army Advanced Leader Course from February 2016 to February 2019, focusing on lesson plan development and classroom facilitation. Otero's career also includes serving as a Cryptologic Network Warfare Specialist at the NSA from January 2013 to February 2016 and as an Aerial Precision Geolocation Operator and Signals Intelligence Analyst at the US Army between 2008 and 2012. Otero is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity at American Military University and holds two Associate of Science degrees from Cochise College.
