Sarah Hutton, EdD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarah is currently the Managing Director, Career Pathways at the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, where they previously served as the Lead, Career Pathways. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Delaware Technical Community College.

Sarah has also worked at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, where they held multiple roles including Part-Time Transition Assistant and Director of Program Development and Grant Support. In their role as Director, they were responsible for coordinating and managing the State Summer Youth Employment program, writing grants, enhancing grant management, and overseeing various committees and initiatives.

Sarah Hutton, EdD, has a strong educational background in various fields. Sarah obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Delaware State University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued their Masters of Science (M.S.) in Global and International Education with a concentration in Education Policy at Drexel University from 2011 to 2013.

Sarah earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Strategic and Organizational Communications with a minor in public health from Temple University between 2007 and 2011. During their undergraduate years, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Virginia for a semester through the Semester at Sea program in 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Sarah has obtained several certifications. Sarah received a Nonprofit Management Certificate from the University of Delaware in May 2013. Furthermore, they acquired a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Certification from the International Language Institute in Washington, DC in June 2011.
