Mahmoud Elassir

Mahmoud ElAssir serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing Technology Infrastructure, Platforms, and Services since February 2023. In addition to this role, Mahmoud holds advisory positions on several boards, including Tricentis, Quantum Metric, and the CTO Forum, among others. Previously, Mahmoud was the Chief Technology Officer in Residence at Insight Partners and played a pivotal role at Google as Vice President and General Manager for Cloud Customer Experience, focusing on digital transformations for key clients across various industries. Mahmoud's experience includes advisory roles at Amazon Web Services, Dell Technologies, and Red Hat, showcasing a robust background in technology leadership and strategic advisory. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication from the American University of Beirut, graduated in 1997.
