Daniel Sumner has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Daniel began their career as a Store Room Worker at the University of Wyoming and later transitioned to various roles such as Delivery Driver and Help Desk Specialist. In 2015, they worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Kelly Mitchell (Target). In 2016, they served as a Junior Desktop Administrator at Veredas / ERM, and in 2017, they worked as a Satellite Technician at MasTec Advanced Technologies. In the same year, they joined UnityBPO as a Help Desk Specialist, and later took on the role of Desktop Support Technician. Currently, they are employed by UnityBPO as a Knowledge Manager, responsible for creating training documents and videos. Daniel also worked at dollar tree stores as an Assistant Store Manager Operations in 2019 and at Marshalls Convenience Stores as a Back Room Associate. Additionally, they worked at Target as a Seasonal Hardlines employee, responsible for inventory management and shelf stocking. Overall, Daniel has a range of experience in customer support, technical assistance, and team management roles.

Daniel Sumner obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology -- Virtualization from Westwood College of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they also obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.

From 2017 to 2020, Daniel pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University through their online program.
