Saurabh Bhatia

Saurabh Bhatia has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 as a Business Solutions Architect at KPMG US. Saurabh then worked at various companies from 2001 to 2010, holding roles as a Business Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, and Program Manager. In 2011, Saurabh joined Nestlé as the Global Customer Experience, E-Commerce Business Architect, and Asian Markets GTM Leader. Saurabh joined Salesforce in 2015 as a Business Transformation Architect, specializing in C-Level Consulting and Manufacturing. Saurabh then worked at Univerre Pro Uva SA from 2017 to 2020, where they held the position of Chief Digital Business Transformation, Innovation & Growth Officer. Saurabh later joined Wipro in 2020 as a Strategy Consulting & Sales Partner for Growth. Currently, Saurabh is the Chief Growth Officer at Univerre Pro Uva SA, starting in October 2022.

Saurabh Bhatia has obtained several certifications and completed various educational programs. In 2013, they completed a degree program in SAP CRM 7 EhP2 Sales, Marketing, Service, and Partner Channel at SAP UK. In 2014, they attended The Wharton School for a program in Digital Marketing. The following year, in 2015, they attended Cornell University for a program in Data-driven marketing and also obtained certifications in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Administrator. In 2016, they attended IMD for a program in Leading Digital Business Transformation and obtained several Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. In 2018, they completed a program in Orchestrating Winning Performance at IMD, focusing on disruption and growth. Lastly, in 2019, they attended IMD for a program in Digital Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in COBIT, ITIL, PMP, and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
