Ani Hovsepian

Ani Hovsepian, MBA, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology risk, compliance, and process automation. Currently serving as the Director of IT Process Automation Engineer at Universal Music Group since September 2018, Ani focuses on designing and implementing automated processes while overseeing a compliance management program. Previously, Ani held significant roles at The Walt Disney Company, leading diverse teams as Service Level Manager and IT Project Lead, and contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Woodbury University, introducing a course on Service and Supplier Management. Earlier career highlights include an IT Project Manager position at Boeing, where strategic resource planning was implemented, and a Quality Control Supervisor role at Countrywide Home Financial Corp, where a successful audit process was designed. Ani began the professional journey at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, assisting with contract negotiations.
