Hannah Willis

Executive Director, Care Transitions at University Health

Hannah Willis, MHA, CSSGB's work experience includes positions in various healthcare and administrative roles. Hannah currently works at University Health as the Executive Director of Care Transitions, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operational Excellence from November 2020 to October 2022 and as the Manager of Operational Excellence from April 2019 to October 2020. Before joining University Health, Hannah worked at Brooke Army Medical Center as a Healthcare Administrator Resident from January 2017 to May 2017. Additionally, they gained experience at OakLeaf Florist as a Front Desk employee from May 2015 to February 2016, and they interned at Bexar County Health Collaborative from September 2014 to December 2014.

Hannah Willis, MHA, CSSGB has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Hannah also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned from 2011 to 2014. Hannah'seducation journey started at Floresville High School, where they completed their high school education from 2007 to 2011. Along with their academic achievements, they obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Trained from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2020, Six Sigma Green Belt - Trained from Villanova University in 2018, and is currently pursuing Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters to be completed in 2023.
