Philipp Wintersberger

Philipp Wintersberger is a professional with extensive experience in research, software architecture, and education. Currently serving as a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria - Hagenberg Campus since October 2022 and as a Researcher at Technische Universität Wien since January 2021, Philipp has a strong background in vehicle automation research, experimental design, and data analysis across various contexts. Previous roles include Researcher at CARISSMA, where responsibilities included supervising academic theses and collaborating on international research projects related to automation and driver interactions. Additional experience as a Software Architect at isiQiri interface technologies and PROLOGICS IT GmbH highlights skills in software development and architecture. Philipp holds a Doctorate in Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
