Helen O'Donnell is currently a Senior Lecturer and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Central Lancashire, where Helen explores the lived experience of neurodivergent athletes in high-performance sport. Helen also has previous experience in psychology consultancy, teaching special education, and working as a lecturer in psychology at Edge Hill University. Helen holds a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology and Sport & Exercise Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
