Alicia Johnson

Program Coordinator, Atlanta, Georgia State University at University of Georgia Small Business Development Center

Alicia joined the UGA SBDC at Georgia State University team in February 2020, initially as an Administrative Assistant, later transitioning into the role of Program Coordinator.

During her professional career, she has acquired varied skills and been trained and developed in numerous corporate settings, including digital marketing, contract preparation and administration. Her experience spans across industries such as Hospitality, Chemical Distribution and Sales. Within the last sixteen years, she has served in roles such as Office Manager, Termite Inspector, Executive Assistant, Events Manager, Contract Administrator and Client Relations Manager.

Alicia has a love and passion for the small business community which led her to own and operate multiple businesses. She is a Georgia-licensed Notary Public and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business. Her experience as an entrepreneur, along with a strong administrative and customer service background, positions her well to positively impact the business community in the Fulton County area.
