Guillermo Balboa

Guillermo Balboa is a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since September 2021, with a strong background in crop production and agronomy. Prior to this role, Guillermo served as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto from October 2008 to August 2021, where responsibilities included teaching and research in the Department of Vegetal Production. Guillermo's experience also encompasses a postdoctoral fellowship as a Farming Systems Agronomist at CSIRO from July 2018 to February 2019, and a postdoctoral research associate position at Kansas State University from September 2014 to July 2018. Guillermo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Agronomy and Crop Science from Kansas State University, a Master of Science in Crop Production from Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto, and a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the same institution.
