Nicholas Paschvoss

Nicholas Paschvoss, M.Ed., GCDF, currently serves as a Career Development Coach at the University of South Carolina, providing personalized coaching to over 3,200 engineering and computing students while facilitating workshops aimed at enhancing career readiness. Previously, Nicholas was the Assistant Director of Career Engagement at Boston College, where responsibilities included individual coaching, program management for internships, and collaboration with international programs to support students studying abroad. Nicholas's career began at Clemson University, progressing from a Career Resource Counselor to Assistant Director of Career Development, focusing on diverse student populations and leading various career initiatives, workshops, and stakeholder collaborations. Nicholas holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of West Florida.
