Ivan Arcilla

Ivan Arcilla is currently working at Unleashed Software as a Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, and Customer Engagement. Prior to this, Ivan held various positions at [24]7, including Senior Officer in the IT Project Management Office (PMO), Network Services Supervisor, and Senior Network Service Engineer. Ivan also has experience as a Resolution Specialist at TELUS International Philippines. Ivan graduated from AMA University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2005. Throughout their career, Ivan has focused on implementing system tools and infrastructure for new programs, managing IT projects, and providing technical advice and support to colleagues.
