George W Herz II

George W Herz II has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in corporate counsel and general counsel roles. George W started their career in 1983 as a Corporate Counsel at Minutman Press International, where they worked until 1993. From 1993 to 1995, they served as the General Counsel at Minuteman Press International. In 1995, George joined Sbarro, Inc as the Vice President & General Counsel, and held this position until 1999. From 1999 to the present day, George has been associated with UNO Restaurants, LLC, initially serving as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and currently holding the position of Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary.
