Sombit Chowdhury

Sombit Chowdhury has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sombit started their career in 2006 as an Industrial Trainee at The Park Hotels. In 2008, they joined PIZZA HUT as an Assistant Manager, where they stayed until 2010. Sombit then transitioned to TGI Fridays, where they held various roles including Restaurant Manager, Associate General Manager, and General Manager from 2010 to 2018. Most recently, in 2018, they joined UNO Restaurants, LLC as the General Manager and eventually became the Head of Operations.
