Jessica Ayala

Jessica Ayala currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager at UPG Enterprises LLC, a position held since August 2020. Previously, Jessica was a Human Resources Manager at Metalex, powered by UPG, from July 2016 to August 2020. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Butterball, LLC, in late 2014, and various roles at Kraft Foods Group between 2006 and 2014, culminating in the position of Human Resources Coordinator. Jessica began a career in human resources at KONE from 1998 to 2006. Educationally, Jessica holds two Associate's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Black Hawk College, pursued between 1999 and 2005.
