Ashley Hart is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition and organizational development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Upgrade, Inc., Ashley previously held key positions including Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Business Recruiting at Fast, where a high-performing recruitment team was built and scaled. With a background in managing complex searches at Facebook and leading executive recruitment at E. & J. Gallo Winery, Ashley is recognized for developing innovative sourcing strategies and enhancing the candidate experience. Additionally, Ashley has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the owner of Book-a-Cook and expertise in creative and marketing recruitment at Aquent. Ashley holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington and has studied Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education.
