Carsten Otte

Carsten Otte has extensive work experience in the labeling industry. Carsten started their career in 1997 as an Application Engineer at Grapho Metronic GmbH. In 2000, they joined Schreiner Group GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Manager. In 2005, they joined UPM Raflatac as a Technical Sales Manager and gradually progressed to higher positions. Carsten served as the Business Segment Manager from 2009 to 2011, followed by the role of Specials Solutions Marketing Manager - Team Leader from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Tailored Solutions. In 2020, they became the Director of Business Segments and Tailored Specials EMEIA. Currently, they are the Business Director, Industrial, Films & Specials SBU, EMEIA at UPM Raflatac.

Carsten Otte began their education by attending Druckerei Lohmann from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained the degree of Offsetdrucker. Following this, they enrolled at BUGH Wuppertal and successfully completed their studies in 1997. Here, they earned the degree of Dipl.-Ingenieur Drucktechnik (FH), specializing in the field of study that is not specified.
