Anu Ahola

Anu Ahola has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Anu currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at UPM - The Biofore Company since June 2021. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Vice President of News & Retail Business Unit and Senior Vice President of Newspaper Publishing Business Unit at UPM. Anu also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Energy at Paper ENA and Senior Vice President of Strategy Development in Paper BG. Anu previously worked at Nokia Mobile Phones as the Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning. Anu began their career at Pöyry, where they held various roles and eventually became a Principal. Additionally, Anu Ahola serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Peikko Group Corporation.

Anu Ahola received a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1985 to 1992. Anu later earned an MBA in Finance from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a M.Sc. (Tech.) degree in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1985 to 1992.
