Practice Transformation Director at Upstream USA

Christin Stewart is a Practice Transformation Director and leads Upstream’s program implementation in North Carolina and Washington. She has 10+ years’ experience working in global and U.S. settings to design, implement, and evaluate programs and policies to improve access to family planning and reproductive health services.

Prior to joining Upstream, Christin worked in international development at RTI International providing technical program support in the areas of health systems strengthening, family planning, and HIV-related stigma and discrimination to USAID-funded projects in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Christin holds her Master of Public Health in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Charleston.
