Sreekar Bandi has a varied work experience in the software industry. Sreekar currently works at Upstream Works Software, where they started in July 2021 as a Customer Support Analyst and later transitioned to roles such as Senior Support Analyst and Infrastructure Analyst. Prior to that, Sreekar worked at Capgemini from 2015 to 2019, initially as a Quality Assurance Analyst and later as a Support Engineer.

Sreekar Bandi completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between the years 2010 and 2014. Sreekar then pursued their Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor, studying from 2019 to 2020.
