Rob O'Neal

Rob O'Neal has a strong background in IT and technology services. Rob currently holds the position of Vice President, Global IT at Uptempo, a marketing performance management company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, IT Services at Arena Solutions, where they provided cloud product lifecycle management solutions for manufacturers. Rob also held the role of Sr. Director, IT Services at Community Brands, where they managed technology services for not-for-profit organizations. Before that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Regatta Solutions Group and as the Director, Corporate IT at Blackbaud. Rob has experience in software development, financial systems, and project management. Additionally, they served as the Director, Corporate IT at Convio, where they provided IT solutions exclusively for nonprofit organizations. Rob began their career as the Sr. Manager, Information Services at Open Text and later served as the Sr. Manager, IT at Vignette Corporation, where they led a global IT team and oversaw data center operations and office buildouts.
